From the moment the car was collected from us at Southampton to the moment we got back in the car a week later there was absolutely NOTHING that could be faulted.
This was our first ever cruise and I am disabled and my partner has diabetes. Yet everyone from Cunard was so helpful. There was nothing too much trouble for them when looking after us on board.
The stateroom was a wonderful size and although the view was slightly obstructed there was no complaint from us - just go down one floor and you have all of the deck 3 to get unobstructed views from the deck.
Quiet location midships. No crew noise (even though crew bar is on same deck). Easy access to lifts and public floors.
