This was our first experience with Holland America, and it was a very great experience, indeed! Embarkation was very smooth, our plane landed at 11:30, we were on the ship and in our stateroom by 1pm. Our luggage was delivered promptly (almost arrived before we did), our room stewards were always attentive but un-obtrusive. We were celebrating an anniversary, so we popped for a suite...loved it! Our experience with the service and our lovely stateroom will make it difficult to go "back to normal" on future cruises. Dining was always fun and enjoyable, food was good and service was always friendly and prompt. We were part of the HIgh Seas Rally group, and were impressed with everything connected with our group. In Juneau we went on a whale watching tour exclusively for rally members, awesome! The train in Skagway was great...scenery on both excursions was breathtaking. Didn't participate in any excursions in Ketchikan, just enjoyed a relaxing day in port. I agree with others opinions that all three ports are very "touristy", but people are friendly. We didn't find anything to complain about during our entire cruise. Looking forward to next time!

Directly across from Concierge Lounge, but no problem with noise. Very large bathroom, plenty of closet and shelve space. Loved it.
