Here's a few tips from a first time cruiser. First, the Sensation is a older ship, but still very nice. Arrive as early as possible, bring swimsuits, and grab some good seats for departure from the port. Then, go gram lunch from the buffet. Next, use this time to explore the ship. This will save you time later. Then, the ship should be ready to leave port. Go back to your seats and enjoy the ride out to sea.

We really enjoyed the water slides. There's a lot to do and see on the ship and the food was excellent. I'm surprised with all the negative reviews about the ship. We had nothing but good experiences on our trip. The shows are really good and it's easy to find a quiet conrer of the ship for relaxation, especially in the morning. I would grab some coffee and go to the front of the ship and be practically by myself.

Our only negatives are the one small pool and Freeport is not a port I want to revisit. Other than that, we would quickly go back on another cruise on this same ship.

Small, but had everything we needed. Our family of 5 stayed comfortable, although cramped at times.
