Just off the Fantasy (7/29/11) - This review is essentially the same as a post I put on the CCL board (hopefully with pictures) so if you read it there you don't need to read it here.

Background: DH is 40 and I'm 40-ish. We live in KY and are both professionals, a teacher and a lawyer. We vacation a lot. We take the family to WDW or Hilton Head every year and take other land vacations often. This cruise was for our 20th anniversary and DH's 40th B-Day. We have 3 kids, but did not take them on this cruise (we have a "family" cruise booked for them on the Fascination with basically the same itenerary in the fall). This was our third (adults-only) cruise and our first cruise to the Bahamas. Previously, we sailed the CCL Paradise to the Western Carib. and the Star Princess to the Eastern Carib. (a much bigger ship) both 7-nights from Southern FL. For this cruise, we drove from KY to Charleston and sailed a 6-night to Freeport, Nassau and Key West.

Disclaimer: We are not wed to CCL. We picked this cruise for the price and the convenience of not having to fly to the port. We had a great trip, but I will try my best to give an unbiased review.
