A bit disappointed

Sail Date: July 2011
Destination: South Pacific
Embarkation: Sydney (Australia)

This ship is old and our cabin on deck 10 inside creaked and groaned. As a solution we were offered ear plugs!!!! The cabin was quite spacious and the cabin service was fine but we did spend a few sleepless nights in it.

Service in the dining room was spotty sometimes it was good other times it was awful and very slow.

Tendering was appalling with 8 tender ports on the trip it was so bad that people did not get off until well after lunch unless they stood in a queue for tender tickets in the wee hours of the morning.

The television did not work properly for the whole trip.

The food was again spotty but mostly poor and we had to go to dinner early to avoid somethings being not available later.

I would say that this is our last trip with P and O Less
