We enjoyed seven days of beautiful weather with top-flight service. As a first-time cruiser, we stayed in the center of the ship on the 9th floor to avoid the ship's rocking. However, our family never experienced any seasickness and rarely noticed the ship's movement. Waking up in a new port is a great way to travel. Although, I was concerned about the room being small, it was adequate for my husband and I and two teenagers. Shower is a little tight, but manageable. The wait staff was exceptional. My son ate six lobsters one evening without the slightest sigh from the staff. We especially enjoyed the formal dining with our new friends.

For the excursions, I recommend snorkeling at De Palm Island in Aruba. A great way to spend the day lounging as well. The Fan-to-Sea catamaran snorkeling trip in St. Kitts was enjoyable thanks to a young, energetic staff though there was not much snorkeling time. St. Thomas was a little disappointing, but the banana daiquiris made it more palatable. Avoid the snorkeling in Curacao by the sunken boat if you are an experienced snorkeler, as the sea life is primarily fish. As a very reluctant cruiser, I am thrilled to report this was our best vacation ever. Can't wait to cruise again.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

Great location. Adequate cabin for four. Balcony made the room feel larger and provided great views. Bathroom facilities are fair. Beds were quite comfy. Rarely heard our neighbors.
