Cabin: Grand Suite

Our 13th cruise, aboard the Grandeur of the Seas, was, for the most part, fantastic. Since we were celebrating my retirement we upgraded to a "Grand Suite" which was truly GRAND. The wall to wall windows, huge balcony and mondo bathroom all combined to make that part of the trip truly memorable.

Service was all round tops. Everyone was friendly, helpful and fun to work with. The dining room staff bent over backward to let us know what was good. Our room steward kept everything in top order. Everyone in the Windjammer was quick to serve and help. And the casino staff (especially Eileen in the cage) were fun and always there to assist. Of course it didn't hurt that we went home with everyone else's money.

The ship itself was beyond my expectations. Everything was clean and sparkling and I loved the way the decks and venues were situated.
