There is very little point in me outlining all the good points of the ship as it will only be a repeat of other reviews. Overall it is quite good as are the staff. However there are a few little matters that need attention.
We sailed in Aqua Class and the Blu restaurant was good and the food excellent but....We were not able to use it for breakfast on one of our shore trip days organised by Celebrity as it was not open, yet it was the day before. I asked for an explanation from Guest Relations on the day and am still waiting. So we couldn't use a facility that we had paid for.
At breakfast customers were sometimes waiting for a table to be prepared with staff rushing around flapping table clothes around you although a good half or the room was set up for the evening meal with wine glasses and cutlery gathering dust for 24 hours. Seems that the place is run for the benefit of the staff and not the customer.
