We are a family of four 2 adults and 2 children age 15 and 8. We left Venice and went on a Eastern Mediterranean cruise on the Norwegian Jade. I don't have any comments on how to get to Venice or information about hotels because we're military and are stationed near Venice for the next 3 years.

The ship is a nice size and our room was at mid ship so we were close to everything. The decor was also really nice.

The ship offered non-stop activities for every age and the daily shows were great.

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

We were in cabin 9100 BA we had a balcony and the room is pretty much in the middle of the ship so we could get to everything pretty easy. Even though we had the elevator right in front it never got loud. Bring extra clothes hangers because there aren't enough and the ones they have are the big wooden ones that take up all the closet space. I took them out and just used ours. There was plenty of space under the bed to store all of our luggage. The steward came twice a day to lower a bed that was in the ceiling for one of our children the other slept on the pull out couch. The steward had it all done every night and morning despite our wacky schedule of coming and going.
