Where to begin, the plus points are that the new style cabins are compact and stylish, suited our needs if you didnt mind bumping into each other all the time. The aircon was on constantly which was noisy for a light sleeper, the tv channels are crap, you would think that NCL could at least provide something other than Nickleodeon, especially when the weather was bad outside if you were over 10 then there wasnt much to do except drink and eat, if you could afford to drink that is. NCL add on a % service charge and tax to everything you purchase as well as $12 per day per guest (you can adjust this $12 with difficulty). The cafeteria style food buffet was ok, if you wanted cold food, anything hot was lukewarm and the swarms of people acting like food was going out of extinction was a pain, you could eat at the other non $$$ supplementary charge restaurants however the service was hit and miss, you either waited ages to get served or the food all came at once and was not usually too good or hot!!.

We paid twice to eat at the other restaurants and guess what, you get what you pay for, good attention, good food... why oh why is this the case.

Our excursion experience was one for the record book, we went to Florence at a cost of $219pp for the day, well it started with a 40min wait to get into the Galleria, our guide was clueless about our tickets granting us immediate entry, then she proceeded to talk for 1 hour on the Statue David!!!! then lunch at 11.15am not good!!
