Costa Bad Dining

Sail Date: April 2011
Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean
Embarkation: Other

Just returned from a very bad cruise ship. This was our third and last time on this cruise line. Very poor communications from them regarding itinerary changes. As of today, July, we have not seen our credit as promise after the cruise.

Eleven nights without lobster. This is the first time of our 16th cruise and 3rd time with Costa that there is no lobster on the menu. No juice or ice tea available like on every other cruise ship I have ever been on. Not even offer coffee and tea after dinner. This was not a cheap cruise and we expected much more than we received. Once we made the meal order, we cannot make a change or ask for second.

When you book a tour plan on being taken to some side excursion were they want you to shop. In Turkey, we were taken to a rug factory and spent more time there then on the excursion.

After just returning from the Caribbean Princess and Celebrity Summit which were fantastic what a disappointment this Cruise was! Less

Cabin review: B4

Cabin with balcony is larger comparing to my last cruise on Celebrity Summit to Bermuda.
