Great  storage space. Good size closets. Quiet locations. Great view. No compaints

What was great about this trip and why we give it the top rating:

Cleanliness of the entire ship

Puto did a great job with both of our suites

Availability of sit-down service for all meals (avoiding buffets)

Size of the rooms (we had a suite and a junior suite)

Children's program 

availability all day with a slight upcharge ($6) if the children were being served meals

friendliness of the staff

timeliness of activities

attitude and cleanliness of facility

decoration of space

availability if children did not want to attend off ship excursions (our child rarely went because she attended the excursions with us but the time she spent was top notch)

teen room separate from children

Food

food was plentiful and good

I would not do the specialty restaurants again (we did both) because the quality of the food was not worth an upcharge

Room service was slow and always cold 

my husband and younger child loved the buffets

my older children and I enjoyed the served meals

Subhjit and Petar were excellent servers and very accommodating and aware of the different ages of our family and their individual needs (both deserve promotions)

if you want us to book another cruise then you need to provide the service necessary to accommodate the number of people who enjoyed the cruise!Star service all around (see more on our trip advisor reviews)

Ride the donkeys in Santorini

Liza escorted us through Florence-friendly, personable, knowledgeable, excellent English, great driver

Raphael escorted us through Naples, again friendly, personable, knowledgeable, excellent English, great driver

Marco escorted us through Rome, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, excellent English, great driver

We did not use tour guides through the sites because the drivers gave us plenty of history and tips for making the most out of our days and they gave us the best tips on places to eat, shop, and not miss

We did use a tour guide for Pompeii--Maria, who Raphael arranged for us at the last minute, excellent guide, very knowledgeable and helped us see the best parts of the enormous Pompeii ruins

We did a last minute American Express arranged tour in Athens--was okay but not up to the excellent standards of Romeinlimo

Embarkation and Debarkation were both orderly and easy
