This is our second cruise and a last minute decision so no time to review the ship. First the cons:
Disappointed as ship has seen better days cabin-wise and in some other areas. Entertainment was dire and outdated apart from the comedy magician who was a huge laugh. Only one small pool and very cramped sunbed areas. We were misinformed about what the drinks package included back in the UK but the Guest desk explained it all to our satisfaction. NO bottled cider / beer / Smirnoff Ice / alcopops are included. A choice of Stella or Boddys on draught (but no cider) but both red and white wine were good. Best to top up cocktails with a branded vodka for 10p!
The pros:
Loved the ports we visited- the main reason we chose this cruise
Crew show was great - involving staff from different sections of the ship doing a turn and senior officers joining in!! Food was good (the soups and pasta excellent), Beds extremely comfy and our steward Andrew was every helpful and polite. Overall good value.
