NCL Spirit out of New Orleans to Costa Maya, Roatan, Belize City, and Cozumel. Embarcation was easy. Arrived at 1130 and were on board within 20 minutes.
Stateroom deck nine balcony forward was nice, but bathroom shows age of ship.
Food: Always enjoy the meals onboard. Normally ate at Windows, never a problem getting in. When you first arrive onboard go to Windows to eat lunch. There were only about 25 people in the Restaurant. Noticed that each year the lobster tail gets smaller. Ate at the Le bistro once. The escargot and rib eye steak were outstanding. Noticed that another table had Chateau Briand for two. It was very fatty. For the extra cost the atmosphere, service and food was worth it. Ate at Cagney's once. The best thing was the crab cakes. Had to send the Lobster Bisque back because it was too salty and tasted more like cooked shells than lobster. The steak was OK but for value, Le Bistro is better.
Balcony cabin 9008: Always very quiet, storage adequate,no refrigerator, balcony good except for an occasional whiff of smoke from another cabin. Had breakfast delivered twice. They call about 15 minutes before delivery. Steward service excellent.
