Cabin: Concierge Class 3

Ship is showing it's age. Furnishings are a bit threadbare (and I was in Concierge Class) . Peeling rails, stained decks and carpets. Constantly wandering repair crews fixing things.

Food worse compared to other (cheaper) cruises I have been on - generally tasteless meats, meals and deserts with a few good exceptions. Ate at Normandine restaurant. Excellent service, good wines, ok food. Lobster bisque and Lobster thermaodor were awful (made with mushrooms? Yuck!), other dishes were good.

Staff are pleasant and friendly. Cabin attendant ok but nothing special as on other trips and cruise lines. Entertainment is very limited - not a party boat by any means. Broadway show, guitar singer and string trio however were worth going to.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 3

Cabin C3

Large and roomy but noisy and lots of vibration due to engine below. Threadbare furnishings.
