Several passengers on the May 1 transatlantic voyage, as well as European itineraries, on the Ruby had some very negative things to say.

First of all, let me say that my husband and I don't require a lot of "service" so maybe we shouldn't even comment on the "service" on the Ruby--but I will anyhow!

Our room steward for our balcony room was so very friendly and accommodating. He brought us an "eggcrate" mattress topper (which we feel is needed on any Princess--my only negative comment) as soon as we asked for it. He always had our room clean and ready for us when we returned.

Balcony

Cabin BD

B230 BEOur cabin was fine--good storage--decent bathroom. Lounge chairs on the balcony would have been real nice instead of just the chairs. This room was close to the forward elevator--no noise from the elevator or stairs.
