We have been on the NCL Jewel class ships for 5 times now and really enjoy every time we have on thic class of ships. We did take the eastern med. cruise to Dubrovnik, Athens, Izmir and Split. All ports are easily doable by own transportation giving you the option to skip NCL's land excursions, which for my taste are a little bit overpriced.

The cabin was in excellent shape ( after mini suite on starboard ) and our stewards took every effort to make our family of 4 as comfortable as they could. There was ice and fresh towels in the room as soon as we left for an hour or two.

The pool deck was immaculate and the waiters were very attentive without pushing orders very hard, win-win for both sides so people did order good amount of beers.
