Just arrived home, and more than delighted we are off this ship.I list a few of my complaints

1 hot water ok cold water always luke warm

2 dirty crockery at the tea stations

3 toilet flush worked when it felt like it

4 communial toilets always out of order, somewhere

5 lift break downs

6 service stations in conservatory never properly restocked and break downs causing long queues to get food. When challenging staff they could not care less

7 no alternative choices of food in the restaurants,if you did not fancy the menu

8 food never hot at best luke warm

9 apart from 2 nights rubbish entertainment

10 you need to be very agile to get around the tables in the conservatory and they make it even more awkward by having plant pots all over the place.

We have other complaints, but we do not consider that this ship is any way as good as the Arcadia, and also Olsens Balmoral.

It is going for a refurb in More November and we hope they do more than paint and clean the carpets Less
