Cruise Ship:
She is in fine shape for a ship about to enter dry dock. We did not notice anything indicating any complaints given the age of the ship. Everything was shiny and clean. Public restroom facilities were well maintained and even have real small hand cloth towels to dry which I thought made them higher class like you would expect at a five star hotel.
Embarkation: LOUSY... You have to move your own bags through screening in a line with only one scanner for the whole ship (NO PORTERS!), then another line for personal security, then another line for check in, then another line to board the ship! Too much! Took over one hour. Give yourself plenty of time and arrive by 11am to avoid the baggage check in rush. Make sure your bags all have wheels!
8078 had running water sound at various times through the night above the front door which made it hard to sleep. They could not find the problem because every time they came to check it was not there.
