I have a family of 5. My dh and I have cruised on Carnival ( The Destiny) 10 years ago and LOVED it. We decided to do a cruise with our children, ages 18, 14, and 8. We knew this ship offered 24 hour dining options, a water slide/water park, and putt putt. The reviews seemed to fit our families needs and since it went to 2 ports of call, we were even more excited. The ship has been updated. BUT, it lacks alot.

The first problem we encountered is the food. The lines for the Coconut Grove Bar and Grill on the Lido Deck is OVER CROWDED. The outside grill offers burgers, fries, chicken fingers, lots of kid friendly food, but the lines were ALWAYS LONG. With hot and hungry kids, this was a forever long process!!!

Once you got your food, there was NEVER a place to sit. The outside Lido deck offers lots of tables, but they need MORE. The tables were very small, not large enough to accommodate a family of 5. I literally ate my food with my plate sitting on my lap. I was not a happy person.

Noisy, due to hallway, good closet space, nice beds.
