Cabin: Excellent - large size with 2 entrances to the bathroom, and a walk-in closet
Cabin Attendants: Good, but it wasn't until the next-to-last day that I realized that were supposed to have been given bathrobes - NEVER HAPPENED
Ship's overall appearance - very worn
Ship's personnel - very good, but some didn't know answers to basic questions
Happy Hour - Excellent & Happy Hour personnel were professional & fun
Entertainment - Way below average. Out of 9 cruises taken, this was the worst entertainment provided. Also, the daily info bulletin would post what the entertainment would be without a description of the entertainer's background info.
Excursions - Average. The ship waited to last minute to provide information about free shuttle service available, so if you had booked an excursion not knowing this info, it was too late to get a refund. VERY UNFAIR & BAD TIMING
Food: Way below average, with a few exceptions. Specialty Restaurants were good. All desserts way below average, and sometimes too sweet.
Laundry Room - available on our level (10th Floor) but 2 out of 3 washers were out-of-service !!!
Additional: Phone in room did not work!!!
Overall opinion: This particular cruise has soured my feelings about ever taking a HAL trip again.
