Four of us wanted to spend our 40th wedding anniversaries on Celebrity for an Eastern Mediterranean cruise. Wow, is all that we could say!!!My husband and I stayed in cabin 1245, which has an extra large balcony and is on the hump of the ship near the elevators. Our room steward, Newton, made sure that he met our needs without being over-bearing. His personality and temperament were just perfect! We never wanted for anything!!!Everything on the ship was so clean and sparkling, and attention to detail was everywhere. My husband was amazed at the selection and quality of food, and how personal all of the people on board were no matter where you were.We chose select dining and also made reservations. Our waiters were so awesome that when we ate in a speciality restaurant, it just didn't have the same quality of food or service. We loved the MDR and table 513 by the window. Zeus and Igor were fantastic, and made sure that we always had the best of the best! Our surprise port was Messina and tour to Taormina. What a gorgeous place. Having fantastic weather didn't hurt either. Kusadasi was second! The Terrace Houses were remarkable. We had a private tour here. Santorini was our biggest disappointment. Again, we had a private tour, but the island in many ways is like a third world country. Yes, there are some gorgeous pictures, but few and far between. In addition, we had private tours to Pompeii, Sorrento, and Positano, along with Athens. These were to die for, honestly!!!We can not say enough good things about celebrity...the beds and cabins were the best, and so was the itinerary. We can't wait to go again next year. Yes, it was that spectacular!!!! We are picky people and Celebrity catered to quality in every way!

Concierge Class 2

Cabin C2

Cabin 1245 was close to the elevators, on the hump with a large balcony, and wonderful decor. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom shower fantastic. We had a great view with quiet time too.
