Sail Date: May 2011

This is the 3rd time we have cruised with Princess. I can pick several holes in the ship - cleaning your teeth with hot water is a novelty. The biggest changes we noticed, most for the better, were there was no 'God bless America' at every show, no round of applause for the veterans and British humour that we could actually laugh at.

Service in the new Piazza was non existent with a bunch of miserable East Europeans. The Piano player dominated the bar and was so loud you could not have a conversation without shouting at each other.

It was okay but not special, we got what we paid for but the front of house crew could have at least tried not to look so disinterested or bored.
