Embarkation- We had a Grand suite and were supposed to have VIP boarding. We stood in line like everyone else to include my mother-in-law in a wheelchair. Carnival does not know how to treat Suite holders like RCCL does.

Room- When we check into our room we found dirty laundry under our bed. Our travel agent had arranged for canapes to be delivered when we boarded, they took 2 hours to get to us.

Dining- Very disappointing. The menu did not include any lamb or pork, other than RIBS. The daily sirloin strip is gone and replaced by chicken breast or a flat iron steak that is a piece of beef that should be ground up for burger. The daily salmon has been replaced with tilapia, the cheapest fish they could find. Overall Carnival has gone out of their way to make you feel that you are eating out at a local soup kitchen. The food was the worst I have ever had on a cruise ship. Shame on you Carnival for going the cheap route with the food. The breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about, don't even have Lox anymore, you have to get it from room service or in the dining room.
