One of the best holidays we have ever been on. After all the bad publicity we were worried that things might not be so good - but it was totally the opposite with no problems experienced at all.From the moment we arrived at the port of Palma the staff were excellent - all really polite, professional and friendly with nothing too much trouble for them. On boarding we were taken to our cabin and our luggage arrived shortly afterwards. The cabin was lovely and a lot bigger than we expected - nicely air conditioned and very comfortable. Our cabin steward, Putu, came and introduced himself and did an excellent job of looking after us. The cabin was always kept tidy and he even came in every evening to turn back the beds and leave us a chocolate on our pillow.The food was excellent in all the restaurants, with loads of choice. The Orion restaurant on deck 4 was lovely for evening meals with great service from the waiters and really good quality food. We tried The Grill one evening and it was well worth the additional fee - highly recommended - some of the best food we have ever had.The midnight buffet on deck 11 was brilliant - with all the chefs showing off their masterpieces. The captains cocktail party was also really good.The ship is very well looked after and spotlessly clean. The All inclusive drinks package worked out really good value for us. The shops on board are also really good value and have a good selection.The entertainment was excellent and the entertainment team are really hard working and very friendly.We would highly recommend going on Thomson Dream - we hope to be on board again soon!!
