Embarkation, well organized. It took about 1 hour from drop off to boarding. Stateroom: Outside with window. Inadequate sitting area. One chair, not upholstered or stool under desk/vanity. No settee. Shower larger than most. Water didnt adjust well, either cold or hot, scalding. Blow dryers are no longer in the rooms. On the last night I give up and call the front desk and they brought me one. Room steward barged in on me 2 times in 4 days when i was getting ready for late dinner. I told him 3 of 4 days I had late seating. Tipping: Its automatically billed to your room. I noticed a huge difference in service by room stewards & dining room staff. Why try for a tip when it is automatic. It sure shows in the service.Food: Room service, 3 lunches delicious sandwich, no chips, no salt & pepper, no utensils, no potato salad or chips which was supposed to come with the order. just a sandwich. Dining room. 4 nights. Waiter never introduced himself, never asked our names, no personality. Food portions has diminished, along with any vegetables unless asked for. Selection is much smaller.
