This was our 5th cruise and our first on Princess. We had a great time on the cruise, but we were disappointed with Princess. We will not travel with them again, and will return to Celebrity or Royal Caribbean.
The buffet food was not very good. We were very disappointed with it. The dining room food and service was good, but not as good as other lines.
We encountered rude staff on three occasions. At the buffet, I reached into the spoon container to pull out a spoon. I accidently pulled out several with some dropping to the floor. One dining room worker said to me, "Thanks a lot. I just loaded that tray and now look at the work you caused me!"
