This was our second Seabourn Odyssey cruise in quite quick succession. We did Athens to Rome in November and had the most amazing time. So when we saw a Venice to Athens trip with ports we had never visited we decided to hop on.In some ways we were doomed to disappointment as the first cruise had hit every mark however in fact only one thing really let us down. On our first cruise we enjoyed a peaceful breakfast and a long, relaxed lunch in the main restaurant. On the second one it was only open for dinner leaving us with the Colonnade as the main option for these meals. We hate buffets with a passion and dislike being crowded or in competition for a table. In fairness you could order at the table but it lacked the personal service of the main restaurant. Also the restaurant is just a bit too small with very limited tables for two. This was exacerbated by it being a little chilly some days rendering the delightful outside dining space suitable only for the hearty. Other than that I really can't fault Seabourn but I will check about the restaurant before booking again.
