We have just returned from our first cruise with Celebrity but cannot say how disappointed we were with the service we received. On embarkation at Seattle having purchased Concierge Class enabling early embarkation and disembarkation we approached a Celebrity representative to ask where Concierge Class passengers should go and were told this wasn't happening today and to join the express queue. It took nearly two hours to embark the ship, not a good start. The dining room service was incredibly slow. One night it took 40 mins before our starters arrived and subsequent evenings we often spent over two hours in the restaurant. One evening my wife was served raw fish. Apologies were given by our waiter and the Head Waiter but a bottle of wine would have soften the situation plus a ship of this class shouldn't be serving raw fish in the first place! We had paid extra for the Concierge Package and quite frankly this was a complete waste of money. We certainly did not get a complete package as stated in their brochure. Had we not paid our gratuities up front we would have only given our cabin steward a tip as he was very efficient.Very disappointed with Celebrity, feel very let down and will not be going with them again. We are experienced cruisers so perhaps if it was our first time we would have been happy and not in a position to compare with other cruise lines.

Cabin Review

Cabin was good with no overhang. Could see the scenery whilst in bed! Balcony a bit on the small side.
