I must say that this was the WORST cruise I have taken. I have cruised over 30 times and this ship, staff and total disservice was the worst. The maitre d' refused to give us a dining time, yet gave others who tipped him generously a set dining time. When we spoke to the Pursers office about this matter, it took over 4 days for someone to respond.

Princess cancelled their private island exactly one week prior to departure, after having reassured us that they were indeed "currently sailing to ALL ports on the itinerary," Grand Cayman was also cancelled. We received no compensation for missing 50% of our ports on the Christmas Cruise.

The Pursers desk actually made my daughter pay $2.50 for 2 seasick pills at the boutique -- they did not give out seasick pills to their passengers (as at least 3 other cruise lines do -- Carnival, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean). Then they charged my daughter 10 cents for a Band-Aid -- she was injured when the ship lurched and her ankle became wedged between the wall and one of their ramps. They actually refused to write up an accident report.
