The GOOD ...embarkation was smooth, cabin was roomy and comfortable, staff where friendly and efficient, food was good and they would prepare any special diets that where needed, the port stops where well organised.The BAD....went without heating in the cabin for the first 24hrs .... staff could not get act together to fix the problem, all I got was it is being attended to ... had to make a mega fuss to get this sorted. Don't need this on holiday. Cabin stewart did our room, but we never saw him, he was to busy doing 18 cabins ...P&O I think are abusing there staff, when we did see him he looked utterly exhausted. Entertainment was dreadful .... sailed on Oriana last year, entertainment was fantastic...but this year they got singers that screeched, unfunny comedians and magicians that did an act for 10 year olds. Had to get to the theatre 45 mins before show started to get a seat...ugh.The UGLY...kids played with the lifts so 50% of them closed down for the last 3 days causing mayhem, Intercom system packed up ...dread to think what would happen in an emergency. Ship looked tired and carpets stained.Hope this helps you if you want to book
