This was our first cruise of the Freedom of the Seas (FOS) and we found all services, food, entertainment and crew to be much improved from our last trip on the Navigator. From embarkation to disembarkation, our every encounter with staff was a pleasure and the cleanliness of the terminal and the entire ship was evidence of attention to detail.

Our food service was slow on 2 nights and trying to order a cocktail in the dining room was frustrating. The waiter would ask if you would like something to drink and then had to get someone else to bring it. It's better to get your libation in one of the bars first and take it to the dining room. The food was very good and cooked and served just as requested and my allergy to onions was closely monitored.

The aerial show with Agnes & Peter, the ice show, the Nelson Brother's, the comedian Craig Carmean and of course, our cruise director, were all first class. All in all, there were more fun things to see & do then time but that's always the case so we're going to book longer cruises in the future.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Perfect location for us by the library.

We wish smoking wasn't allowed on the cabin balconies. The people in the next cabin forced us to keep our balcony door closed and limited our breakfast time on the balcony because of their incessant smoking.

The loose, banging panel on the balcony was fixed promptly. Requested extra hangers were provided promptly.
