sailed on island escape march 25th 2011 booked a de-luxe cabin 9034 if this was de-luxe i would hate to see the rest of them you had to move the bed to get into the toilet the decor was dreary and poor the toilet decor was as when the ship was built the door of the cabin had more dents than a stock car. the noise in the morning when deck hands started must have been the alarm call for all of deck 9 spoke to many others on deck 9 and they also lodged complaints 1 person had no doors on wardrobe just curtains and it was supposed to be deluxe. although the sea was calm throughout the voyage the ship rolled port then starboard then it would shudder this was only felt on decks 8&9during the night making people seasick and losing sleep my wife and i have stayed in better caravans. saled on the dream last december only thing wrong there was the food was always cold except the soup i will never sail with thomsons again in fact i will never holiday with them again even cancelled my sept 11 holiday would have cancelled july as well if not taken grandson as for nick longman at luton he couldn't care less in fact he wast'n even man enough to answer my letter
