I have gone on 5 cruises over the past few years, the past 3 have been with Carnival because I have been so impressed with their service and quality I did not want to go back to RC or try another line. It was my husband's birthday and my Spring break as a teacher so we decided to book this cruise. I did read the reviews but thought "It's Carnival, it cant be THAT bad". Trust me when i say it was!

From the time we walked onto the ship, the service was terrible! the only service worth mentioning is the housekeeping staff-they were fabulous! We went on a cruise because we wanted to be served with a smile while relaxing and enjoying our time off together, The maitre'd was horrible! We were put at atable in the corner for two which was not what we wanted. We asked very politely for a switch and he did nothing to help us get a new table despite the fact that many spaces wee available at other tables. Each night diner waas an absolute nightmare! the service was equally horrible and we basicly had our menus and food thrown at us. When we asked for something extra or two of something he huffed and puffed. many other cruise passengers complained equally about the dining room staff. I would NEVER recommend this ship to anyone. Please look at any other ship when considering your vacation.
