This was my first cruise and while it was not bad, it was certainly not as expected.

The Enchantment of the Seas is very dated and in need of of being refurbished. There are some new ares on the ship that look like they have been updated, but the majority reminds you over the early 90s.

Our Stateroom attendant was great and provided us with everything we needed. He kept our room very tidy. Although other members of our group had problems getting everything they needed. It seemed that the travelers on the higher levels such as the suites (my room) received better service than those on the lower levels.
