Embarkation was a breeze. Simple and quick. Then we got on the ship @ 12:45 and you were directed to eat at the buffet. That I must say what a nightmare. Rude people pushing and grabbing for food. (Don't worry people, there is plenty of food) No tables were available and the staff was not quick to clean off the tables which made it even harder to find a seat. Once we got that over with - everything was great! All the public areas are clean and open. Never had a problem figuring out the layout of the ship. Never had a problem getting a chair in the sun. Food in the buffet was good. Nothing over the top but good. I was disappointed that it was the same food every single day. Breakfast and lunch were the same everyday. Same food and same desserts. We did try the MDR for breakfast, but the portion sizes were to large, so instead of waisting food we went back to the buffet. The MDR dinner was great! I love to try new foods and I was not disappointed with any of them. Had some different fishes (drum fish & cobia) both were excellent. I had 2 red meats that were tender and prepared to perfection. The chicken dishes were also tasty! The desserts in the MDR were really good as well, although I didn't care for the creme brule at all. Very pleased all in all!! I do have to say that I was surprised that the ship is only 2 years old and showing noticeable wear. The pool tiles were either chipped or faded (I saw from a distance), the varnish on the woods (outside areas) was coming off, rust in many locations, and the fabrics on the seats are worn and faded. I was going to take a picture of the front of the ship when we were docked in St. Martin, but there was too much rust and didn't make for a good picture. None of this ruined my cruise experience but it was noticeable. The shows were just ok. The dancers did a good job but I that is not what I like in a show. They did a nice job though. The service and the staff were great. I was charged the wrong price for a bottle of wine and guest services took care of this for me with no problems. The martini bar had many delicious choices. There were 3 days (if not 4) that had buy one get one free drinks. I did take advantage of that. This is my second time on Celebrity and I will definitely be back!!
