the Positive points1 the embarkation process was very fast at 14:15 hrs.2 the state room was very adequate, comfortable, clean, etc.Cabin steward was friendly and efficient.3 the lacks alcohol policy was a bonus for us as we brought a few bottles of wine and champagne on board4 the Waite staff at the Crown Grill was exceptional, food to DIE for (5 Star) well worth the cover.5 the service staff on all decks were very good, pleasant, interesting,etc.6 Coffee card was a bonus and well worth it7 the International Cafe with it's pastries, sandwiches, salads, were excellent. Now for the Negative1 Princess should offer official tourist maps of the different ports of call, donated by the tourist offices of the countries2 If Princess is going to offer Internet access then it should be faster then what exists now.3 the padding on most of the loungers at pool side should be replaced (very warn)thin4 we feel that the Bonaire port of call could have been omitted and replaced by another5 Deck staff should be vigilante about reserving loungers that are never used by crusiers

Cabin Review

Cabin J

B340 good location on ship, cabin steward was efficient, had to ask for bath robes, he didn't seem to understand about the ecosystem of towels, on floor take away,on rack leave for another day.
