Just returned from a very bad cruise ship. This was our first and last time on this cruise line. Very poor communications from them regarding itinerary changes. Some people given credit on board because of changes others were not.The worst part was how bad the ship smelled of smoke, beware if you are not a smoker this ship is NOT for you.I became sick on the ship after the first night from all the smoke, I asked for a pitcher of water for my cabin and was told you must order from room service. All food was served many different times until it all started to taste the same. No juice or ice tea available like on every other cruise ship I have ever been on.Could not even get coffee and tea except at certain times. Room service was charged each time it is used. This was not a cheap cruise and we expected much more than we received. Even the shows were poor quality.Oh and when you book a tour plan on being taken to some side excursion were they want you to shop. We were taken to a rug factory and spent more time there then on the excursion. We could not wait to get off this ship!After just returning from the Celebrity Summit which was fantastic what a disappointment this Cruise was!
