First time in Baltimore, easy to get in. We arrived at noon by car. If you take a taxi or shuttle you pull right up for easy boarding, or expect to take over one hour. Would recommend one change for the port, prepayment for parking prior to arrival. Would make for smoother boarding.Members cruise, the ship was full, nice chance to meet new people at lunch because you could not get a table. People were kind enough to share a table. We were in a Jr suite and luggage arrive in good time. Our first time in a Jr., would not suggest getting at suite on the back of the ship, the soot from the stacks builds up on anything left on the balcony. The soot tracks on the carpet and it needed replaced. The suite was nice, just what we thought it would be, plenty of room, came with mini fridge. safe was annoying with my large fingers, pay attention when entering numbers, easy to change the combination number. Of course on a cruise you are not going to watch much TV, but they had some new release movies. Only sport channel was ESPN intern, soccer. though they had the Masters coverage.Toilet ran dry one night but they reacted quick to take care of. That might be why you can smell sewage sometimes. When they dry dock they need to look at the plumbing.Food was above average quality, but average choice. Breakfast buffet was the same everyday, could have made some minor changes and offerings. Omelet station was quick but always a line. Coffee was bitter, you had to pay to get a good cup at the coffee shop.Lunch was the same, quality was average, but the same thing everyday.Dinner was average, but the wait staff was excellent. they went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. During the formal dinners the staff was overwhelmed, they had to be short staffed. Eat at Chops, worth the extra money, make reservations before you arrive as we did.We are not social butterflies but we enjoyed meeting new people and did interact with a few of the hosted events. The shows are what is expected on a cruise ship, most of the nights we were entertained but the last night was a disappointment, expected more of a gala then one hour of thanking everyone on the crew. If the ship is full make sure you go at least 30 min early to get a seat. Seats on lower level were small so if you are large go early so you can get a double chair. The drinks are expensive, and watch when you sign the bill to be sure you are paying for what you order.Pools were nice, whirlpools never got hotter than warm. beware of the just filled pools, they are as cold as the ocean. Ports of call are great, getting off the ship you just have to be patient and wait your turn. We did the NASA VIP tour, If you love space flight, you have to go. We came at the right time to see the shuttle on the launch pad, and having seen a lift off several years ago I knew the awesomeness of the space shuttle. I sure wish we could have had the shuttle go over us as we sailed. Next time we are doing the airboat gator trip, heard that was awesome too. Key West was nice, we have been there before, snorkeling was only OK, there are no great reefs in Key West and most of the time was spent getting there and back. Enjoyed walking through town.Been to Nassua before, did the Blue Lagoon Dolphin excursion. DO THIS, it is so cool you will never forget it. plan on spending $100 for pics and the DVD. CoCo Cay was awesome, plenty of room, great swimming and beaches. Snorkeling was just OK, no reef but plenty of fish. Would have like to have spent two days there. The ship was expanded several years ago, and I would agree with previous reviews the common areas are not large enough. The Casino was empty most nights though. Watch the dealers close, this is not their profession as with land based casinos. They make mistakes and you have to pay attention. There are several very pleasant and enjoyable dealers, but some were just rude and obnoxious. I was at a table one night and the dealer called us all losers! and it was not said in a joking manner. We were scheduled to leave the ship at 10:30, so once we ate a late breakfast (8:15, closes at 8:30) we waited top side then made our way to the theater for departure. So many people left early with the walk off option, we were all called at 9:45 and we were at our car by 10:10 and on the road. I would suggest waiting in a nice cozy chair with a book then trying to fight the early crowd and standing in long lines. Overall we really enjoyed our cruise, and will do it again. We will probably try Princess but if we book the Sea again we will make sure it is not a members cruise.I almost forgot the Spa, suggest you skip, three times the price of land, the last 20 minutes we had to listen to maintenance pound with what sounded like a sledgehammer on the ceiling of the spa. then we were bombarded by high pressure sales product pitch even after we told them we were not interested. Disappointed they did not apologize or try and make the experience right even though we told them.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite with Balcony

Cabin JS

soot from the stacks on balcony, great view. real vibration from props, been on other ships not near as bad. great storage. nice bed but could use a couple more inches of foam padding.
