To be honest you couldn't fault the ship, it's not too big and the layout is fine. The waiters/waitresses were amazing and did everything in their power to please passengers that had respect for them. The entertainment team were ok and would have been good at Butlins... the Headliners Theatre Company were VERY VERY POOR and how some people can say they are as good as in the West End, I don't know... they must have been watching something else! The theatre company are also the only staff on board that were ignorant and RUDE... they aren't worth your breath. Entertainment was pretty poor to be fair, there were constant tribute acts and the same games were played daily... we lost count of the amount of times they had a race night. The ports of call were amazing, the locals are amazing and I would happily of stayed on any of the islands! Do not listen to the Captain or staff when they dsay that it's not safe to get off in Jamaica at night... we went out to Margaritaville until 3 in the morning and had the best night... 3,000 passengers on the ship and we were 4 of the 10 that got off that night... everyone missed out! Be aware that there are plenty of older passengers on board that think they own the ship and constantly tell the younger passengers to 'shut up', everyone paid the same amount to go on the holiday... they are not more superior in the slightest so get used to the fact that there are young people on board... they actually make the cruise more enjoyable. The food was amazing and there was so much choice, I don't understand how people can slate it. Some people are never satisfied and it's a shame when you hear people moan constantly, you actually feel sorry for them. Strongly recommend excursions, it was our 6th time to Magic Kingdom but it was worth every penny! River tubing, kayaking, rum runners, pirate cruises... they were all amazing. Grand Anse Beach in Grenada is a must... everybody there had a great day and we drank so much we nearly missed the ship!! Shame!
