The embarkation and debarkation was a nightmare due to fog in Galveston port. My complaint was others got register and drop luggage so they were able to just walk aboard. We were able to drop our luggage early, but had to wait 3.5 hours to board in line with kids. We were eating dinner at 10 pm. As for leaving, we had early departure but because others got off before they were suppose to we waited over an hour in are area assigned before we were allowed to get off ship and missed our flight. Luckily the airline took pity on us an got us another flight out the next day.the trip itself was awesome. Our boys ages 11 and 13 said it was better than Disney vacations. There was so much to do aboard, the staff was fabulous and enjoyed the food. Our 13 was trying food he never had before and liked dressing up for dinner. They did not do the kids programs but met other kids aboard at pool, arcade,etc..We booked our excursions ourselves. Salty Sea dog sailing in Roatan, Cavetubing.bz in Belize and Dune Buggy tours in Cozumel. Super fun, great service and would recommend using any one if them, plus much cheaper than cruise prices.Would Definately cruise together as a family and would use RCCI again, just not out of Galveston
