My husband and I are seasoned cruisers, but 9 cruises under our belt. We've cruised with Carnival, Princess, Celebrity and of course Royal. We are platinum members on Royal.

Our rooms - they were sufficient as inside cabins, we were on deck 8 so that does make a difference we've found. I agree with others. The TV situation is pathetic. When they update this ship, they should put in flat screens and use the space for storage or even a place to put the soda, water and snacks (which takes up a lot of space on the desk). Interactive TV...non existent. We missed being able to check our seapass charges every day. If they have this on one ship, why not all. The Explorer and the Brilliance both had it. The bathrooms were sufficient in size. Again, why can RCI not be consistent in what they are supplying or handling the soap and shampoo. One ship has a dispenser for both bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. One has no dispenser, but the stateroom attendant supplies and of course Enchantment - you get shampoo dispenser and soap, but no conditioner. I hardly know what to bring anymore.

Windjammer - I know there is nothing they can do about this, but some days you just couldn't find a seat because people were just sitting there reading or talking so people would have to eat out on the deck. That sucked big time. The food however was good and the service was also.

Large Inside Stateroom

Cabin K

8547 - plenty of space in our cabin to put our clothing away - TV (well - you just need to update these and use the interactive TV (for seapass charges). Bathrooms - seriously can't you be consistent across the fleet? Either supply all the amenities in a dispenser (soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion)or have the attendants supply - I'm confused as to what to bring along. This time I needed conditioner and lotion but had not packed as other RCI fleet do one or the other. Stateroom was generally quiet but it was probably because the people around us were also quiet and there were few if any children on this floor. Our stateroom attendant was super. P.S. we always put our luggage under the bed, this makes for more room.My husband did complain that there was no room for him to get to his side of the bed (side with the TV). We probably should have had them separated (the beds).
