Arrived in Miami the morning of the cruise. Plane was on time, luggage was fast to the baggage claim.Took a cab to port ($24 without tip). Arrived in RC terminal. There was no line, signed in and on ship in no time. It was the most hassle free cruise boarding I have ever experienced. Had lunch at the buffet, typical fare. No trays just plates. I guess it cuts down on wasted food. Good idea, except if in some rough water. Lounged around the pool, had a couple cocktails in perfect weather. Back to cabin and unpacked. Now I know why they use this ship for short cruises. Smallest cabin we have ever been in. One tip, if you have the bed in queen arrangement separate them. You need the aisle way down the middle to navigate the room. Met our table mates. Very nice people, enjoyed the company and conversation.Food was good. I thought the dinner selections were a little limited but satisfactory. On to casino and show. Comic was decent. The illusionist the next night was very good. Breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise as to the selection of food, very nice. Coco Cay was just a great beach day. If you are a beach person its hard not to like Coco Cay. Nassau the next day. Bought a day pass at the Hilton in town. $50/person which returned $30/person in bar and food credit. A very peaceful, relaxing day. Back into Miami the next day, carried our luggage off, it was easy and quick. These are great quickie cruises. 3rd time we have done it on the Majesty. Will do it again.
