We got on the ship around 10:45am and waited only 45 minutes for them to open up. As soon as we got our room cards we went right to our room to drop our carry-on at the room and to check out our room. It was really nice and did not find any obstruction. Then we went up to the buffet and ate and just relaxed. Sailing at night was actually nice gave us a chance to relax and explore the ship and not have to rush. We had early dining in the Palm dining room which worked out great for the timing of the ports, and the many evening activities. This is a ship you will never be bored on. They have so many great activities. The service on this ship was the best service of any line I have been on and I have been on a bunch. So attentive never had to ask for anything. Also the ship never felt crowded, there was never a line to get off or on the ship and that was amazing considering there were 3,200 passengers. We enjoyed the entertainment especially the comedian, and the Las Vegas show, not so much the hypnotist comedian. We were some of the lucky ones on our ship to be selected for the Chefs Table. It took 3 hours and what an experience. My husband likes fine dining and this cruise was to celebrate his 70th birthday. In St. Thomas Princess docks away from everything so we were very happy we booked a tour. We choose Godfrey's tour. Very professional & had so much knowledge about St. Thomas. When you do the shopping part of the tour you have to try the Ah Riise Rum. It is to die for, and I'm not a big drinker. It sounds like Reese Rum, chocolate rum.In Antigua we did our tour with Lawrence of Antigua. It was beautiful. St. Lucia is one of my favorite caribbean island, it is so beautiful. We had a tour set up with someone but they were not on time to pick us up, so we hired someone right as you go outside. There are plenty of taxi's that will give you a great tour all day for around $25.00 or so. We gave him a great tip.Barbados is my other favorite caribbean island. We did have a bad experience with our Tour company and I highly do not recommend them. It was with Port Compass. It was the most expensive tour and the worst. Port Compass does tours in other places as well. Overall just loved every island! Overall I have to say Princess is my new favorite cruise line. Loved the $2.99 house drinks after 8:00pm.
