We have just returned from our Back-to-Back cruise. Never again. The most rude, unfriendly ship we have ever been on.Our cruise was in fact a 2 part cruise, the first one being a 7 day Caribbean cruise and the next one being a 2 week repositioning cruise ending up in Italy. The first week there was a group of 900 being part of the Holistic Holiday. The ship was taken over by this group, the library was closed and used as a Holistic Library. Various meeting rooms, theatre, and deck areas were taken over for their activities to which we were not allowed to visit. One restaurant was taken over completely for this group who were mainly vegans, but I did see on a couple of occasions members of the group trying to eat in the other restaurants. This resulted in many people not being allocated their preferred dining time. In short utter confusion. The second part of the cruise did see the ship return to normal, but still the rude unhelpful staff, especially at the Accounting Desk, who do they think they are talking to people in this rude unfriendly manner.Food nothing to write home about, but all I can say is there was something you could find on the menu so you didn't go hungry.Well I could go on, but think you have the general view, beautiful, beautiful ship, clean and well laid out but the rude staff.Just one last think, don't eat the nuts on the table on the Gala nights especially if you go to the second sitting as they just fill up the half empty bowls from the first sitting. Most unhygienic, especially in our case when the ship was full of people with coughs and colds. Did mention this to the bar staff but were told they were only doing what they were told.Come on MSC get your act together.
