It is sad that after 5 previous cruises with HAL my wife and I agree that we
should not take anymore with this cruiseline.
LIDO Meals were chaotic,counter service understaffed and seemed to lack training.Perhaps if they copied the MAASDAM it would work much better.
VISTA DINING ROOM. Very average food. Maitre 'D and all the waiters were very
helpful and friendly.
ALL BARS. Service seemed very nonchalant.BIG turnout during Happy Hours.
ENTERTAINMENT. Poor and also repetitious if you are on the 14 day cruise.
The cruise was marred by having to return to Fort Lauderdale before beginning the second week.
In effect you loose 3 days.1 to sail back to port. 2.A full wasted day in Port
3. to sail back out to the Caribbean where you left off.This a big thing to avoid, compared to a straight 14 days sailing.
