My parents and I took a cruise last week to Key West and Cozumel. For our first cruise, it was enjoyable, yet I wouldn't do another one because you couldn't get away from people. With a ship with 4,000 people, they were just everywhere and it was sometimes annoying.EMBARKATION: The embarkation was smooth, and I couldn't feel the movement hardly at all. However, it did get rough on the last couple nights.PORTS: The ports were easy to get off at, but I would recommend getting back on an hour before the designated time. The line is 1,000's of people long if you get back 15 minutes before you have to be on, and it is NOT FUN.BUFFET: The buffet was always crowded in the morning, and was a hassle getting items because people were always right behind you eager to get their food. They could of used another line, or a system to make it smoother for all. But overall the food was good, with varieties from Asian to a New York deli.POOL: The pools were small and crowded. I like to swim, and it was the smallest pool I have ever seen, they were smaller than community pools. Worst part of the ship. They had 2 main pools and an adult pool, but they were always crowded and the Jacuzzis were IMPOSSIBLE to get into because they were packed with people. The water in the pool was almost warmer than the hot tub water. The hot tub water was FREEZING at all hours of the day. I was disappointed, I thought they'd at least have a bigger pool. The water slide was fun though, even for adults. It's hard to find a chair too, so get up early to save a spot. They also ran out of towels which was a major inconvenience.ICE CREAM: The free ice cream was my favorite part because if you're 2 or 92 you can still enjoy making & eating your own ice cream.KIDS CLUBS: I for one, did not like the idea of a teen club being 15-17 year olds, because I am 15 and I just don't like partying with people who are practically adults.ENTERTAINMENT: I really enjoyed the night shows, they were lively for all ages and riveting, although slightly revealing, not to worry too much though. I also liked the family comedy shows, they were truly hilarious.ROOMS: They were clean and the steward was always available when you needed something.SERVICE: The service was GREAT but I recommend ordering room service for breakfast because it's easier to deal with in the comfort of your room.Overall a good trip, but like I said I wouldn't do another one, but I would definitely recommend it to all, everyone needs to go on a cruise at some point.
