This is the worst cruise ship we have ever been on. This so called CRUISE SHIP was nothing more than a CROSS CHANNEL FERRY. From the minute we boarded it was nothing short of a let down. We booked this holiday from the television. The cruise ship there looked like all the others. Glass lifts, beautiful surroundings etc. None of this was for us on the CLASSICA.
Food, Cabins , Entertainment, was terrible. Excursions very expensive. Drinks also very expensive. The only time you could have a drink or two was at the happy hour times because you couldnt afford to drink any other time.
As for it being an Italian Line the pizzas ,spagetti etc. were the worst i have ever come accross. Food in the RESTAURANT was disgusting. Always cold and always indedible. The works Canteen, (self service) or SLOP AND DROP, as it was called by many people, was even worse. Food cold again, and yesterdays left overs.
The highlight of this holiday was the DISEMBARCATION at Hong Kong.
ALL IN ALL AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BOOKING TO GO ON THIS CRUISE SHIP PLEASE PLEASE READ ALL THE REWIEWS AND TAKE NOTICE OF THEM. THERE ARE NOT MANY GOOD ONES - PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
