The ship is relatively new, clean and impressive. The passengers seemed to be mainly from Canada and the Midwest USA ..The ships officers are predominantly Italian which should state excellent food ,but Italian night on the ship was a little to be desired ...The breakfast was the high lite of the trip .It was plentiful, constant and had a large variety which met all our needs .,Lunch was good and changed to some extent daily ,but the sit down dinner was poor .The beef was good but not great .The seafood was very weak and lobster was a big disappointment .The wait staff in the buffet and dinning room was adequate .In the dinning room they always pushed the drinks.
We liked the Crown Grill steakhouse worth the extra $25 a head.
I Normally drink Mount Gay Rum ,but they did not have it on board ..Their loss !
Entertainment :
Comedians:
told good stories ,but the jokes were few and far between
The East coast connection band did a variety of 50-60s music ,but needed a greater selection of songs ( same over and over ) .The last day a sax ( from where I do not know )joined them and the were 100% more dynamic
Service:
Egar @ the Explore bar was ,informative ,attentive and a nice guy.
Had a problem with a waiter a the coffee bar .The name escapes me ,but never got the order right and had an attitude
Toni the cabin boy 'the Best'
