After reading the very mixed reviews on Cruise Critic regarding Celebrity's Eclipse, we sailed with some trepidation on February 26th with quite a large group of people of mixed ages.

I do not know what the people who wrote negative reviews were looking for in a cruise! They must not be able to be pleased no matter what!

The ship is the most beautiful one we've been on in over 30 cruises! The food was exceptional all over the ship. We loved the little restaurant in the solarium. Normally we don't go for the "additional fee specialty restaurants"; but several in our group wanted to try one. We chose Qsine. What an excellent choice. It was a remarkable meal, served "tapas style". (Everything served in appetizer sizes according to the number of people dining) You are handed an i-pad to make your selections.
